PerformCare will assign your family with a care manager.
Your care manager through PerformCare will be your family’s advocate in coordinating your services and guiding you toward resources.

Notify your care manager that you would like to receive IIC services.
Share Best Fit Therapy's contact information with your care manager, and they’ll arrange for your child to receive therapy sessions through our IIC program.
